Assist Athlete Services Pty Ltd (ABN 62 655 831 146) (“Assist”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and the privacy of the athletes we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your details: name, email address, phone number, and your account login.
- Athlete details: name and date of birth, which programs and sessions they attend, and emergency contact details.
- Health and support information you choose to give us, such as injuries or medical needs, so we can keep athletes safe.
- Bookings, enrolments and purchases, and messages or enquiries you send us.
- Payment records. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see the amount, date and the last four digits of a card, never full card or bank details.
Why we use it
- To run sessions and programs, manage bookings and take payments.
- To keep athletes safe, including contacting you or your emergency contact.
- To reply to enquiries and let you know about programs you've shown interest in.
- To keep proper business and financial records.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run the platform:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Supabase securely stores account, booking and program information, in Sydney, Australia.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Microsoft 365 handles our email.
These services only use your information to provide their service to us.
Photos and video
As explained in our Terms & Conditions, we may use photos and video from sessions in our marketing. Email us if you'd prefer an athlete not appear.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored securely, and access is limited to the people who need it to run Assist. Only you and Assist can see your account, bookings and athletes.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you or your athlete, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some payment records may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons. Email mikhaela@assistathleteservices.com.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
